Shooting a legend is not easy. French revered chef Michel Bras is one of the most important and trendsetting in the world, championing a poetic, vegetable focused cuisine. For gastronomic magazine Fool we met up with him in Aubrac and spent a couple of days telling about his universe. I had really never used the 35mm (50mm equivalent) before this but the shoot was the starting point of a beautiful relationship. And Michel liked the images.
